Both the Artisanal Greek Yoghurts and our Frozen Greek Yoghurt varieties are packed with 12 gms of protein per 100ml serving.

Our Artisanal Greek Yoghurts are sweetened with honey and added fruit. Our Frozen Greek Yoghurts contain approximately 7-9 gms of sugar in a 100 ml serving. Our goal is to keep sugar to a minimum in our products.

The Artisanal Greek Yoghurts have a shelf life of 10 days and must be refrigerated. Our frozen yoghurts have a shelf life of 6 months and must be stored in a freezer.
