Shipping and Return Policy

1. Delivery Zones & Timeline

Location: We currently deliver exclusively within Mumbai to ensure our frozen Greek yogurt reaches you in perfect condition.

Timeline: Most orders are processed and delivered within 24 to 48 hours. We do not currently offer inter-state or long-distance shipping for frozen items due to their perishable nature.

Retail Pickup: You can also find our products at partner locations including Reliance Retail (Juhu, BKC, Worli, Breach Candy), Posh Nosh (Bandra), and select clubs. Entire List (link)
2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address within Mumbai.

Free delivery may be available for orders exceeding a certain value (as indicated on the checkout page).

All applicable taxes, if any, shall be displayed at the time of checkout. Shipping charges, once levied, are non-refundable except in cases where the order is cancelled prior to dispatch or where the delivery failure is attributable to Gutsy or its delivery partners.
3. Perishable Goods Handling

Hand-off: Because our products are frozen, it is crucial that someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery.

Storage: Once received, the product must be placed in a freezer immediately. We are not responsible for products that melt or spoil due to improper storage after a successful delivery.

Unattended Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If the delivery fails, the order may be returned to our facility. Due to food safety risks, failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Return Policy

No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of Greek yogurt and health/hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or flavor preference.
5. Refunds & Issues
We want every "Gutsy" experience to be great. If there is an issue with your order, the following applies:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a tub that is damaged or if we sent the wrong flavor, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery given the perishable and temperature sensitive nature of our products. This notification window is necessitated by the frozen nature of our products and is the minimum time within which product condition can be reliably assessed. Consumers are encouraged to inspect their order immediately upon receipt.

Your Order Number.

A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect product.

Your delivery address and the date and time of delivery.

Resolution: Once verified, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method. In all cases, Gutsy's liability shall be limited to the value of the order placed.

Refunds: Refunds usually reflect in your account (original payment method) within 5–7 business days. Gutsy shall not be liable for delays in refund processing attributable to the consumer's bank or payment gateway.
6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once the order is "Out for Delivery," it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
